Non-Refundable

Will be given unless any of the following applies:

• For salvaged items the purchase took place with the knowledge the item was faulty. This information will be provided in any product description

• The buyer or a third party under the buyers instruction has attempted to repair an item and in doing so has caused damage.

• has been damaged by the buyer or third party under the buyers instruction

• Where an item has been returned and incorrectly packaged for safe transit and resulted in subsequent damage

• Removal of any item provenance

• Is outside the cancellation period outlined below​

Returns

The following will apply in relation to returns.

• You have the right to return items within 14 days of purchase irrespective of receipt. You must contact using details provided in the contact page with order details and notify us of your intention

• Where items have been received or in transit the buyer is liable for costs of returns.

• Fore Point Design will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of the purchase.

• Fore Point Design will not issue refunds where any of the items apply within the Non-Refundable section above.

• Where a faulty item is returned Fore Point Design will reimburse costs deemed reasonable. 

• Any refunds or reimbursements will be applied to the original means of payment

• Fore Point Design will not reimburse cross boarder fees or taxes. ​​

Exchanges

We will exchange an item under the following circumstances.

• It develops a fault within 6 months of receipt and no alterations have been made by the buyer or any third party at the buyers instruction.

• Where we are unable to replace an item we will offer an alternative product. 

• The buyer retains the right to reject an alternative or repaired item at which time a refund will be provided within 14 days of notification to the original payment method.
